This enhanced Professional Development Series, developed through a collaboration between Sandler Training and Bigger Futures, is specially curated to focus on mastering professional communication and the practical application of Sandler techniques. Facilitated by Kevin Spindt, President and Co-Founder of Bigger Futures and a certified expert in Sandler Training, this program is designed to elevate the professional skills of participants, enabling them to be better heard and understood in the workplace. It aims to foster more efficient communication and transform participants into more effective communicators. Emphasizing crucial skills such as conversational framing, active listening, and the art of conveying messages succinctly, the series is structured to improve workplace interactions and productivity. Importantly, this initiative is distinct from sales training, as it prioritizes professional development for enhanced communication effectiveness within teams and throughout the organization.
